Boyd Lee Spahr confers degrees to four Dickinson College students at Franklin and Marshall College

On Tuesday, February 29th, 1944, President Boyd Lee Spahr, the then current President of Dickinson College, conferred Dickinson College degrees to four Dickinson College students studying at Franklin and Marshall College.
The four students, George Benedict Jr., William Henry Keen, Robert William Long, and Ralph Eugene Lower, each received a Bachelor of Philosophy during Franklin and Marshall College's Mid-Winter Commencement in 1944 after receiving military training there.
