Carlisle Brass Performs

The Carlisle Brass gave a concert on March 25, 1986. They played Leon Stein's "Fanfare for Brass Quintet", an anonymously-written piece from Die Bankelsangerlieder, Morley Calvert's "Suite" from The Monteregian Hills, William Byrd's "Earle of Oxford's Marche", Charles Marie Widor's "Finale from the Fourth Organ Symphony", Henry Purcell's "Fanfare in C", Edvard Grieg's "Funeral March", Scott Joplin's "The Easy Winners", Simone Mantia's "Believe Me if All Those Endearing Young Charms", Paul Nagle's "The Roaring Twenties", and Samuel Scheidt's "Canzona Bergamasca".
