Chamber Music Fest 2005

The Music Department presented "Chamber Music Fest 2005" at 7:00pm in the Rubendall Recital Hall.  The program included Ludwig van Beethoven's "Variations on the Theme 'La ci darem la Mano' by Mozart for Two Oboes and English Horn" and "Piano Trio op. 1, no. 1 in Eb Major"; scenes from the operas Le nozze di Figaro, Carmen, Don Giovanni, Lakme, and The Magic Flute; Marco Cara's "Io non compro più speranza"; Heinrich Biber's "Carrying the Cross from the Mystery Sonatas"; George Frideric Handel's "Care Selve"; Tomaso Vitali's "Sonata in B minor, op. 4, no. 1"; Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Flute Quartet in D Major, K. 285"; and Dmitri Shostakovich's "Piano trio op. 6 in E minor."
