Chapel Choir Presents "Music of Prayer and Praise"

The Chapel Choir, directed by Truman Bullard, presented their concert Music of Prayer and Praise at 7:00pm at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church. They sang Alan Hovhaness' "Alleluia", Jan Pieterswoon Sweelinck's "Orsus, serviteurs du Seigneur", Francois Couperin's "Be Joyful in the Lord", Igor Stravinsky's "Pater Noster", Alfred Swan's "The Beatitudes", Sergei Rachmaninov's "To Thee, O Lord", Johann Schelle's "Komm, Jesu, Komm", Heinrich Schutz's "Two Sacred Concerti", Ernest Bloch's "Silent Devotion and Meditation", Johann Homilius' "Deo dicamus gratias", Thomas Weelkes' "Let Thy Merciful Ears, O Lord", Thomas Morley's "Out of the Deep", John Sheppard's "The Lord's Prayer", and William Byrd's "I Will not Leave You Comfortless".
