Continuum Performs

Continuum, the performing ensemble of the Performers' Committee for Twentieth-Century Music, gave a concert at 8:00pm. They performed John Cage's "Totem Ancestor"; Leon Kirchner's "Trio for violin, cello, and piano"; Dmitri Shostakovich's "Song of Ophelia", "Gamajun, the Prophet Bird", "We Were Together", "The City Sleeps", "The Storm", "Secret Signs", and "Music"; Mario Davidovsky's "Sychronisms No. 6"; Jane Wilkinson's "Duo for a duo"; Anton Webern's "Das dunkle Herz", "Es sturzt aus Hohen Frische", and "Herr Jesus mein"; and Bela Bartok's "Recruiting Dance", "Relaxation", and "Fast Dance".
