Jazz Ensemble Performs

The Music Department presented a concert by the Jazz Ensemble at 7:00pm in the Anita Tuvin Schlechter Auditorium.  The ensemble performed John Dilkey's "The Rufus Shuffle," William Stegmeyer's "And It Came To Brass," David Raksin's "Laura" (arr. R. Ravin), Tito Puente's "Ran Kan Kan" (arr. Michael Mossman), Irving Berlin's "How Deep Is the Ocean" (arr. Jerry Nowak), Arthur Altman's "All or Nothing At All," Jeff Taylor's "Blues Reunion," Ned Washington and Hoagy Carmichael's "The Nearness of You" (arr. Eric Richards) and "Combo," Victor Young's "Stella By Starlight" (arr. Gene Thorne), and Jerome Kern and Ian McDougall's "Old Man River."
