Jazz Ensemble Presents "An Evening of Big Band and Jazz"

The Music Department presented "An Evening of Big Band and Jazz" performed by the Dickinson College Jazz Ensemble and the Franklin and Marshall College Jazz Ensemble at 8:00pm in the Rubendall Recital Hall.   They performed Rob McConnell's "Can't Stop my Leg", Ellington and Tizol's "Caravan", Sammy Nestico's "Bundle O' Funk", Burke and Van Heusen's "Here's That Rainy Day", Sammy Nestico's "The Blues Machine", Ferguson and Braymen's "Fireshaker", Sanford Kelly's "Turquoise", Matt Harris' "The Diver", Sammy Nestico's "A Warm Breeze", Tommy Wolfe's "Spring Can Really Hang You Up the Most", Mark Taylor's "Brass Machine", Buddy Johnson's "Since I Fell For You", Jerome Richardson's "Groove Merchant", Robert Curnow's "Passacaglia", Larry McKenna's "Blues for Bennett's", and Sammy Fain's "Secret Love".
