John Franklin Goucher '68 Receives Second Honorary Degree

John Franklin Goucher (Class of 1868), minister, missionary, educator, and namesake of what would become Goucher College, received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree (his second honorary degree from the College) as part of Dickinson's 1899 Commencement exercises.
