Jonathan Barnhart and Joan Boytim Perform

Bass vocalist Jonathan Barnhart and pianist Joan Boytim gave a concert in which they performed fourteen songs: Maurizio Cazzati's "Cantata for Bass"; Antonio Vivaldi's "Piango gemo sospiro", "Pur ch'a te grata", and "Ingrata si mi svena"; Franz Peter Schubert's "Gefrorne Tranen" and "Die Post"; Robert Alexander Schumann's "Im Rhein, im heiligen Strome", "Hor, ich das Liedchen Klingen", and "Ein Jungling liebt ein Madchen"; Jacques Francois Halevy's "Si la rigueur"; Francis Poulenc's "Le Bestiare"; Alan Hovhaness' "Raven River"; and Dick Hyman's "It was a lover and his lass" and "Who is Sylvia?".
