Junior Recital

The Music Department presented a junior recital by mezzo-soprano Laura Hodos, accompanied by pianist David Glasgow, sopranos Amy Morse and Kim Platz, and baritones Rob Burlington and David Glasgow, at 6:15pm in Rubendall Recital Hall. Hodos performed Manuel Sandoval's "Serenata Gitano"; Johannes Brahms' "Dein blaves Auge" and "Vergebliches Ständchen"; Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy's "Abendlied" and "Gruss"; Henry Purcell's "Shepherds leave decoying"; Aaron Copland's arrangement of "Long Time Ago"; Richard Hundley's "Come Ready and See Me"; Ned Rorem's "O You, Whom I Often and Silently"; and Stephen Sondheim's "Too Many Mornings", "One More Kiss", "Green Finch and Linnet Bird", "The Worst Pies in London", "Not a Day Goes By", "With So Little To Be Sure", and "Anyone Can Whistle".
