Louise Nelson Senior Vocal Recital

The Music Department presented a senior recital by mezzo-soprano Louise Nelson, accompanied by pianist Robert Felstein, at 8:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall.  Nelson performed Samuel Barber's "The Daisies"; Ned Rorem's "Rain in Spring"; John Duke's "Loveliest of Trees"; Johannes Brahms' "O kühler Wald", "Dein blaves Auge", and "Auf dem See"; Giacomo Puccini's "O mio babbino caro"; Gioacchino Rossini's "La Promessa"; Stepano Donoudy's "O del mio amato ben..."; "Tired" and "Hands, Eyes, and Heart" from Four Last Songs; "Silent Noon"; and Cole Porter's "So In Love", "I Concentrate On You", "I Get a Kick Out of You", and "Ev'ry Tiem We Say Goodbye".
