Mermaid Players' Production of "Sweeney Todd" Opens
Thu., Feb. 24, 1966
Sweeney Todd, a play adapted by Brian Burton from George Dibdin Pitt's A String of Pearls, opened at 8:00pm in Mermaid Players' Theatre in the HUB. In this production, the title role of Sweeney Todd was played by Stuart Pankin. Presented by the Mermaid Players, the show ran from February 24-28.
