Noonday Concert

The Department of Music presented the fourth Noonday Concert of the 1983-1984 academic year in Rubendall Recital Hall. Students and faculty performed Sammy Nestico's "Christmas, Joy and Spirit", a traditional Welsh carol entitled "Deck the Halls", a traditional English carol entitled "The First Noel", J. Pierpont's "Jingle Bells", a traditional French carol entitled "Westminster Carol", Charles Wesley's "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing", Frederic Chopin's "Waltz in C-sharp Minor" and "Scherzo in B Minor", Paul Hindemith's "Eight Pieces for Flute Alone", Franz Joseph Haydn's "Quartet in G Major" and "Quartet in C Major", Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Serenade in B-flat Major", and Johannes Brahms' "Cradle Song of the Virgin".
