Noonday Concert

The Department of Music presented the eighth Noonday Concert of the 1986-1987 academic year in Rubendall Recital Hall. Students and faculty performed John Cheetham's "Quintet for Woodwinds"; Claude Debussy's "The Girl with the Flaxen Hair"; an anonymously-written song entitled "Greensleeves"; Thomas Robinson's "Robinson's May"; three etudes by Leo Brouwer; Pierre Alexandre Monsigny's "Il regardait mon bouquet"; Walter Piston's "Sonata for Flute and Piano"; Dmitri Kabalevsky's "Concerto in G Minor"; and Claude Debussy's "Dieu! qu'il la fait bon regarder!", "Quant j'ay ouy le tabourin", and "Yver, vous n'estes qu'un villain".
