Noonday Concert

The Department of Music presented the seventh Noonday Concert of the 1987-1988 academic year in the Rubendall Recital Hall. They performed Sergei Rachmaninoff's "Ave Maria"; Igor Stravinsky's "Ave Maria"; Benjamin Britten's "A Hymn to the Virgin"; Carl Maria von Weber's "Hunting Chorus"; Louis J. Stout's "Folk Song Suite"; Frédéric Francois Chopin's "Waltz in Ab Major, Op, 69, No. 1"; Georg Friedrich Handel's "Duetto for soprano and bass" and "Si, tra i ceppi"; François Campion's "Allemande le Cotharne", "Sarabande la Geffosse", and "Gigue"; and Gabriel Fauré's "Après un Rêve", "Ici-bas", and "Les Roses D'Ispahan".
