Noonday Concert

The Department of Music presented the second Noonday Concert of the 1978-1979 academic year in Memorial Hall. The program for this event included Samuel Scheidt's "Canzone for Four Trumpets"; John Dowland's "Awake Sweet Love", "Come Again", and "Now, Oh Now, I Need Must Part"; Johann Sebastian Bach's "Sonata in B Minor"; Franz Joseph Haydn's "Minuet for Woodwind Quintet"; Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Due pupille amabile" and "Piu non si trovano"; and Peter Schickele's "Monochrome I for Eight Flutes".
