Noonday Concert

The Department of Music presented the seventh Noonday Concert of the 1971-1972 academic year in Memorial Hall in Old West. Students and faculty performed such pieces as Thomas Morley's "Springtime mantleth every bough" and "O fly not, love", Michael Fast's "Follow me, sweet love", Aaron Shearer's "Moorish Dance", Ferdinando Carulli's "Waltz", Frederic Chopin's "Nocturne No. 1", Hector Berlioz's "Le Jeune Patre Breton", Claude Debussy's "La Cathedrale Engloutie" and "Minstrels", and Heinrich Schutz's "Von Aufgang der Sonnen".
