Reverend John Wesley Hill Delivers Mass

Reverend John Wesley Hill, the pastor of James Methodist Episcopal Church of Brooklyn, presided over mass in Allison Methodist Church. He gave the annual sermon on the Day of Prayer for Colleges, which is held on the last Thursday of January. This is the second appearance at the school for this event. His sermon was on “The Secret of Prevailing Prayer” in which he discussed the importance of prayer to be integrated into other areas of study and society. At the event, the senior class appeared in cap and gown for the first time as a class.
