Senior Vocal Recital

The Music Department presented a senior recital by mezzo-soprano Ruth LaMantia, accompanied by pianists Kee Mann Chang and Brenda Smith, at 3:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall.  LaMantia performed Henry Purcell's "We sing to Him"; Camille Saint-Saëns' "Patiently I have waited"; Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy's "O rest in the Lord"; Robert Schumann's "Der Nussbaum", "Du bist wie eine Blume", and "Aus den östlichen Rosen"; Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Vedrai carino" and "E amore un ladroncello"; Gabriel Fauré's "Les roses d'Ispahan", "Aurore", and "En Prière"; Vincent Youmans' "Without a Song"; May H. Brahe's "I passed by your Window"; Isabelle Firestone's "In my Garden"; Robert Katcher's "When Day is Done"; Meredith Wilson's "May the Good Lord Bless and Keep You"; and Noël Coward's "I'll See You Again".
