Senior Vocal Recital

The Department of Music presented mezzo-soprano Peggy Robinson Hills in her senior recital at 8:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall. Accompanied by flutist Michelle Murray and Laura Reed on piano and harpsichord, she sang George Friedrich Handel's "Lascia ch'io pianga", "Father of Heav'n", and "He Shall Feed his Flock like a Shepherd"; Gabriel Faure's "En Sourdine", "Green", and "Mandoline"; Johann Sebastian Bach's "Ich will Dich all'mein Lebenlang"; Franz Peter Schubert's "Romanze", "Litanei", and "Fruhlingsglaube"; and Aaron Copland's "Long Time Ago", "The Little Horses", "At the River", and "Simple Gifts".
