Symphonic Band and Brass Ensemble Perform "Mostly Dances and Marches"

The Music Department presented a concert of "Mostly Dances and Marches" by the Symphonic Band and the Brass Ensemble at 3:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall. The ensembles performed David Holsinger's "Prelude and Rondo", Percy Grainger's "Irish Tune from County Derry" (ed. R. Mark Rogers), Luigi Danza's "Funiculi, Funicula" (arr. Alfred Reed), Johann Sebastian Bach's "If Thou Be Near" (trans. Alfred Reed), Frank Erickson's "Toccata for a New Age", and F.E. Bigelow's "NC-4 March" (arr. James Ploymar).
