A Tribute to George Allan

The Music Department presented "A Tribute to George Allan," featuring  the Eaken Piano Trio and the Dickinson Chamber Orchestra, at 4:15pm in Rubendall Recital Hall.  The trio and orchestra performed Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy's "Trio in D minor", Charles Ives' "The Unanswered Question", Igor Stravinsky's "Suites nos. 1 & 2 for small orchestra", Johannes Brahms' "Concerto for violin and orchestra (op.77)", and Franz Joseph Haydn's "Symphony no. 45 in F# minor ('Farewell')".
