Dickinson College in France and the American Consulate of Toulouse presented "Un Soirée de musique américaine," featuring mezzo-soprano Lynn Helding, pianist Jennifer Blyth, and Marc Mastrangelo, at 8:00pm at the Fondation Bemberg de Toulouse in the Hõtel d'Assézat. The program included Robert Pound's The Orbit of the Soul; Frederic Rzewski's De Profundis; Aaron Copland's "Simple Gifts"; and Jake Heggie's arrangements of "He's Gone Away," "The Leather-Winged Bat," and "Danny Boy."
