Washington Redskins hold Twentieth Training Camp
Thu., Jul. 1, 1982
The summer of 1982 marked the twentieth year that the Washington Redskins held their five week training camp at the college. The tradition started in 1963 when, at the invitation of Dr. George Shuman of Dickinson College, a scout for the Redskins chose the school as the site for the team's training camp.
