Famed author and lecturer Dr. George A. Coe speaks on student government in colleges in chapel. Subjects for debate this year are chosen by the Pennsylvania State Debating Association and twenty men are chosen for the Dickinson debate squad. The football team takes a victory over the Pennsylvania Military College. Dr. Kirby Page will address the joint Y.M.C.A. and Y.W.C.A. meeting on world affairs. The College gets excited about homecoming weekend. Try-outs begin for the varsity basketball team.

Mr. Sherwood Eddy will address the YMCA and YWCA. This week's chapel entertainment will be provided by the Schubert Male Quartet. Organization of this year's debate team begins. The history and growth of the fraternity system at Dickinson is assessed.

The Schubert Male Quartet will open this year's chapel entertainment series. The new Dickinson Alumni Gymnasium is scheduled for completion at the beginning of January. An article describes the history of Old West. Students write in to the Editor's Mail Bag in support of Dickinson's baseball program.
