Richard Hastings Ellis, 1968

Air Force Major General Richard Hastings Ellis (Class of 1941) visits the United States Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania as a guest lecturer on March 3, 1968. General Ellis, who is Director of Plans, Deputy Chief of Staff, Plans and Operations of the US Air Force, meets with several Dickinson College alumni who work at the US Army War College.
