Black Artists Exhibit Opens

An exhibit entitled "Black Artists Living in the Mid-Atlantic States" was displayed in the Trout Gallery from March 3rd to April 10th, 1986, in conjunction with the 18th Annual Black Arts Festival.  The artists featured in the exhibit were Willie Birch, Vincent Smith and Gilberto Wilson.
