Noonday Concert

The Department of Music presented the first Noonday Concert of the 1971-1972 academic year in Memorial Hall in Old West. Members of the student body and the faculty performed such pieces as George Philip Telemann's "Concerto for flute, horn, bassoon, and harpsichord", Bela Bartok's "Three Dances for Recorder Ensemble", a selection of Lieder by Franz Schubert, a selection of Lieder by Robert Schumann, and Dietrich Buxtehude's "Aperiti mihi portas justitiae".
