Noonday Concert

The Department of Music presented the seventh Noonday Concert of the 1978-1979 academic year in Memorial Hall. Students and faculty performed George Frideric Handel's "Affani del pensier", Giovanni Paisiello's "Chi vuol la zingarella", Felix Mendelssohn's "Venetian Boat Song No. 2", Heinrich Schutz's "Himmel und Erde Mussen Vergehen", Frederic Chopin's "Waltz in A-flat Major", Francis Poulenc's "Sonata for Flute and Piano", Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Sonata in C Major", and Franz Schubert's "Der Hirt auf dem Felsen".
