Rubendall Scholarship Established

At the 1971 Commencement exercises, Dorsey Green, representing Wheel and Chain, and Jim Wolford, representing Omicron Delta Kappa, announced the creation of the Howard Lane Rubendall Scholarship Fund honoring President Rubendall's decade of leadership.  Wheel and Chain and ODK raised the funds for the scholarship program.
