Noonday Concert

The Department of Music presented the first Noonday Concert of the 1985-1986 academic year in Rubendall Recital Hall. Members of the department faculty performed Johann Sebastian Bach's "Prelude to Lute Suite No. 3" and "French Suite in E-flat Major"; George Frideric Handel's "Sonata in G Major for traverso and harpischord" and "Concerto Grosso No. 4"; Johannes Brahms' "Feldeinsamkeit", "Nachtwandler", and "Vergebliches Standchen"; two caprices by Niccolo Paganini; and the anonymously-written piece "Die Bankelsangerlider".
