Buzz Jones Big Band Performs

The Department of Music presented the Buzz Jones Big Band in a concert at 8:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall. They played Jeff Turner's "Blue Birdland", Harry Warren's "Chattanooga Choo-Choo", Guy Wood's "My One and Only Love", Gershwin/Davis' "Eric's Blue Fog", Bryan Kidd's "Sentimental Journey", Ned Washington's "I'm Gettin' Sentimental Over You", Lerner/Loewe's "Almost Like Being in Love", Lieber/Stoller's "Kansas City", Bob Mintzer's "Computer", Bob Curnow's "Writer's Cramp", Jay Chattaway's "Superbone Meets the Badman", Cory/Cross' "I Left My Heart in San Francisco", Hawkins/Feyne's "Tuxedo Junction", Horace Silver's "Nutville", and Sammy Nestico's "Satin 'n' Glass" and "The Heat's On".
