Noonday Concert

The Department of Music presented the first Noonday Concert of the 1987-1988 academic year in Rubendall Recital Hall. Faculty performed Louis Couperin's "Pieces de clavecin en fa majeur"; Luigi Boccherini's "Concerto in B-flat Major"; Robert Schumann's "Aus den Ostlichen Rosen", "Seit ich ihn gesehen", "Er, der Herrlichste von allen"; Cesare Negri's "Bianco fiore"; an anonymously-written picece called "Vaght belleze et bionde treccie d'oro vedi che per ti moro"; Fernando Sor's "Andante largo"; Leo Brouwer's "Danze Caracteristica"; and Ruben Varga's "Prelude and 4th Caprice".
