Noonday Concert

The Music Department presented its seventh Noonday Concert of the 1989-1990 academic year in Rubendall Recital Hall. Students and faculty performed Luca Marenzo's "Spring Returns", Maurice Jacobson's arrangement of the North Country folk song "Blow the Wind Southerly", James Sutcliffe's arrangement of the English folk song "Love Will Find Out the Way", Antonio Capuzzi's "Concerto for Double Bass", a medley of the traditional hymns "Amazing Grace" and "Rock of Ages", Gabriel Fauré's "Claire de lune", Robert Schumann's "Jasminenstrauch" and "Aus den Östlichen Rosen", and Franz Joseph Haydn's "Theme and Variations from Quartet, Op. 76 No.3".
