Chamber Choir Performs at Brandywine Valley Baptist Church

The Music Department presented a performance by the Chamber Choir at Brandywine Valley Baptist Church.  The choir performed Orlando Gibbons' "Almighty and Everlasting God"; William Byrd's "I Will Not Leave You Comfortless"; Kenneth Leighton's "Missa Brevis"; John Rutter's "The Lord is My Light and My Salvation"; Alfred Swan's "Song of Glorification and Thanksgiving", "Kheruvimskaya", "Tebyeh poyem", and "Mnogaya Lyeta"; Paul Hindemith's "La Biche", "Un Cygne", "Puisque tout passe", "Printemps", "En Hiver", and "Verger"; and Ralph Vaughan Williams' arrangements of the English folk songs "The Dark-Eyed Sailor", "The Springtime of the Year", "Just as the Tide Was Flowing", and "The Lover's Ghost".
