Noonday Concert

The Music Department presented a Noonday Concert in the Rubendall Recital Hall. Faculty performed Tilman Susato's "Three Dances"; Josquin des Pres' "Royal Fanfare"; Greg Steinke's "Sonance"; Jerome Kessler's "Kol Nidrei for Solo Cello"; Francess Lantz's "Four Miniatures for Flute Alone"; "Entrata" from Ludwig van Beethoven's "Serenade, Op. 25"; "Allegro Moderato" from D. Dragonetti's "Concerto in G Major"; Ned Rorem's "Early in the Morning"; Samuel Barber's "Sure on this Shining Night"; Stephen Sondheim's "Green Finch and Linnet Bird"; Jean-Philippe Rameau's "Les Tricotets", "Menuet", and "2nd Menuet"; Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's "Andante from the Violin Concerto in D minor"; Heitor Villa-Lobos' "Andante" from "Prelude No. 3" and "Modéré" from "Etude No. 8"; and Johannes Brahms' "Allegro con brio" from "Trio in B Major, Op. 8".
