1995 Winter Jazz Concert

The Music Department presented the Jazz Ensemble's fifteenth annual Winter Jazz Concert at 8:00pm in the Anita Tuvin Schlechter Auditorium. The ensemble performed Tony Guerrero's "The Buckethead Shuffle" (arr. George Stone); Cootie Williams and Thelonious Monk's "'Round Midnight" (arr. John Higgins and Mark Taylor); Russ Freeman's "I Watched Her Walk Away" (arr. George Stone); Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart's "Where or When" (arr. Gordon Goodwin); George and Ira Gershwin's "S'Wonderful" (arr. Dave Wolpe); Sid Wyche and Mayme Watts' "Alright, Okay, You Win" (arr. Sammy Nestico); J. Davis, R. Ramirez, and J. Sherman's "Lover Man (Oh, Where Can You Be?)" (arr. Sammy Nestico); Woody Herman and Joe Bishop's "Woodchoppers' Ball"; Don Dimick's "The Thrill Is Gone"; and Lou Marini, Jr.'s "Lou's Blues", "Hip Pickles", and "Rena".
