Symphonic Band Performs

The Music Department presented a concert by the Symphonic Band at 3:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall.  The band performed Joseph Wilcox Jenkins' "Cumberland Gap Overture", Mark Williams' "Variants on a Nautical Hymn", Vincent Persichetti's "Chorale Prelude: So Pure the Star", Walter Finlayson's arrangement "Early English Suite", Glenn Osser's "Beguine for Band", David R. Holsinger's "The Gathering of the Ranks at Hebron", and John Philip Sousa's "The Stars and Stripes Forever".
