College-Community Orchestra and College Choir Perform

The Music Department presented a concert by the College-Community Orchestra and the College Choir at 4:00pm in the Anita Tuvin Schlechter Auditorium.  The ensembles performed Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Overture to Die Zauberflöte," "Dies Bildnis," "Ach, Ich fuhl's," "Overture to Cosi fan tutte," "Ah, lo veggio," "In uomini, in soldati," "Un 'aura amorosa," "Una donna a quindici anni," "Overture to Die Entführung aus dem Serail," and "Meinet wegen sollst du sterben"; Giuseppe Verdi's "Overture to La Forza del Destino," "Anvil Chorus," "Di Madride siam Matadori," "Va Pensiero," and "Brindisi"; Modest Mussorgsky's "Coronation Scene from Boris Gudonov"; and Richard Wagner's "Prelude to Act III of Die Meistersinger von Nurnberg" and "Chorale and Finale."
