The President of a university in China gives a talk about present day China and Eastern views. Hostilities between members of two fraternities are broken up by a tear gas bomb thrown by a Carlisle policeman. The Union Literary Society will disband. A date is set for the Pan-Hellenic dance. Feuding between two fraternities ends in armistice.
