Josephus Daniels Gives Address
Mon., Jun. 23, 1919
Josephus Daniels, editor, publisher, and Secretary of the United States Navy from 1913-1921, addressed the College as part of its 1919 Commencement exercises. Secretary Daniels also received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree.
