Fabio Roversi-Monaco Speaks

At the 214th opening convocation ceremony, Dickinson celebrated its relationship with the University of Bologna in Italy. Fabio Roversi-Monaco, highly regarded law scholar and Rector of the University of Bologna, gave an address in response to his introduction by President Banks. This year marked the 900th anniversary of the founding of the University of Bologna. Roversi-Monaco also holds the title Grand Officer of the Italian Republic, which is the highest honor awarded by the government of Italy.
