Four member pins belonging to Leon Cushing Prince as a member of the Pennsylvania State Senate from 1929 to 1936. Three of the pins are gold with blue enamel and the state seal from 1930-1931, 1933-1934, and 1935-1936. The last pin is a gold keystone-shaped pin in red and white enamel from 1929. The pins from 1929 and 1930-31 are marked "W & H CO." on the back. The 1933-34 pin is marked "ROBBINS CO. ATTLEBORO." The 1934-35 pin is marked "S. E. EBY CO. PHILA."
A round gold pendant with oratorical contest details inscribed on both the front and the back. On the front the name of the winner for 1887, "AWARDED TO MARY R. CURRAN AS A PRIZE FOR ORATORY", is inscribed in the center of the medallion, around which reads "FOUNDED BY DANIEL PIERSON MDCCIXXXVII". On the back it reads "COLLEGIUM DICKINSONIENSE DETUR DIGNIORI".
A gold polygonal medal for the Cole Freshman Elocution Contest of 1890, awarded to Montgomery Porter Sellers, inscribed with the text "COLE PRIZE MEDAL GIFT OF Robert C. Cole Class of '79" on the front. On the back the inscription reads "Awarded to M. P. Sellers June 19th, 1890 for excellence in Elocution Freshman Contest Class '93".
A black tin case containing an alchometer apparatus, with instructions, consisting of a glass graduated cylinder, a metal tube and clip, a small candle, a small glass orb and a glass flask. This apparatus was developed by Chemistry Professor Ernest Vuilleumier as a way to test liquids for alcohol, which could be used by law enforcement during the years of Prohibition.
