A dedication ceremony was held for the donation by Fay Chandler and Grace Hartigan of "Music Box," a painting by Hartigan, to the College.  The event featured a champagne reception in the Weiss Center and live jazz-accompanied dinner in the Goodyear Building art studios.

Cellist Erin Bowers and pianist Teresa Bowers presented a concert at 7:30pm in Rubendall Recital Hall.  The concert featured Arcangelo Corelli's "Sonata in D minor, Op. 5, No. 8", Stephen De'ak's "Allegro for solo cello", Max Bruch's "Kol Nidre, Op. 47", and Gabriel Fauré's "Elegie, Op. 24".

Mezzo-soprano Lynn Helding and pianist Jennifer Blyth presented "An Evening of French Song" at 8:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall.  Helding and Blyth performed Gabriel Fauré's La Bonne Chanson, Maurice Ravel's Chansons Madécasses, and Francis Poulenc's Banalités.

The College Choir performed with the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra at The Forum at 8:00pm on Sat., Feb. 26 and at 3:00pm on Sun., Feb. 27.  The choir performed Emmanuel Chabrier's "Fête Polonaise from 'Le Roi malgré lui'".

An exhibit entitled "East Meets West: The Art of Sozan Matsuba and Rene Boll" was on display in the Trout Gallery from March 3rd to April 8th, 2000.
