Nisbet mentions Napoleon Bonaparte, Thomas Jefferson, Mathew Carey, James Napper Tandy, Joseph Priestley, and others. "It is not probable that [France] suspected that a Corsican would conquer France, but" Nisbet explains that "this is the age of Revolutions." Transcript included.
