Eastman at Dickinson: "Music from Vienna: A Liederabend"

The German and Music Departments co-presented "Music from Vienna: A Liederabend," a concert by Dr. Jürgen Thym featuring pianist Jennifer Blyth and mezzo-soprano Lynn Helding, as part of the Eastman at Dickinson Recital Series at 8:00pm in Rubendall Recital Hall.  Pieces performed included Johannes Brahms' Ausgewählte Lieder, Hugo Wolf's Italienisches Liederbuch, and Arnold Schoenberg's Brettl-Lieder (Cabaret Songs).

James Hontz Performs

John Eaken Performs

John Leavitt), and Irving Berlin's "Blue Skies" (arr. Roger Emerson), among other selections.
