The 5th Annual Black Arts Festival is presented by Dickinson College's Congress of African Students. The program for this festival highlights its theme, "the Black Light of Truth,” as the schedule includes a film screening of Claudine, speeches from prominent figures in the African-American community, such as sculptor and poet Oliver LaGrone, and an African Dance Ensemble performance.
