The College expects construction of the new Boyd Lee Spahr Library to begin in 1996. Tom Ridge, Governor of Pennsylvania, chosen as the Commencement speaker for the Class of 1996 graduation. The initiator of the Clarke Center, Henry Clark, Jr. speaks about his role and future of the Center. Dickinson alum Judge William Howard addresses the role of the media in the justice system. Women's Swimming is undefeated for the first time in ten years.
