Founded in the early 1970s, Northeast Pennsylvania Gay Alliance (NEPGA) was a major LGBTQ+ group in northeast Pennsylvania. The newsletter was used to relay monthly meeting minutes and  information about upcoming events. This is an addition to the regular January 1978 newsletter which updates members on the establisment of a local Diginity chapter, a member's dismissal from the organization, the announcement of a speical election for Publicity Director, and two event announcements.
