The honorary fraternity Omicron Delta Kappa initiates seven new members. Plans for the sesqui-centennial celebration of the founding of Dickinson College are now underway with a full program drafted. Alumni Day is scheduled to take place and will feature a presentation of a portrait of the late President Mervin G. Filler. Women's athletics will be handled by the Women's Athletic Association from now on instead of through Student Senate. Additionally, women's athletics are officially recognized on an intramural basis.
